This question is really hard to answer, because it depends on a number of factors such as:
- how many competitors you entered (the more, the longer it takes)
- which plan you are on (the higher your plan, the more thorough the analysis, the longer it takes)
- how many links your competitors got
- the number of reports in the processing queue ahead of yours
But to give you a ballpark figure, most campaigns are processed in between 1 hour and 4 hours.
You will receive an email to inform you when the report is available.
On average campaign data is refreshed every 3-4 weeks.
You might be asking why we don't refresh the data more often. The problem here is that the data we are using is only refreshing at that rate. It takes considerable amounts of time – AND money – to crawl the web and get the data needed for a link graph. Crawling is the process of visiting every page on the web and following all links on that page.
Google is spending tens of millions dollars (if not more) every month to crawl large portions of the web. But even Google sometimes takes weeks to find new links.
Our data provider (Moz.com) is considered on of the leading providers of link graph data (Here's a video where they explain what a link graph is). They have years of experience in the field, dozens of employees and are spending a good amount of cash on crawling the web, but this stuff is not easy and they simply can't do it any faster than this (at the moment)
First of all, archiving a campaign doesn't cause harm to the data in it and is easily reversible within one month of archiving it.
Archiving your campaign does the following things to it:
- it no longer shows up in your "Campaign Index" (you can access it by clicking on "Show Archive" at the bottom of your "Campaign Index")
- it no longer automatically refreshes when new data becomes available
- After one month in the archive your campaign will be deleted
How to restore a campaign
You can restore a campaign (move it out of the archive) by going to the Campaign Archive and clicking the "Restore" button for the campaign you want to restore. It will immediately start running a new report so that you get the most up-to-date data.

Simple answer: We don't store your credit card data at all. Your data is safe with us – because we don't have it.
Slightly more wordy answer:
We use Stripe to process your credit card data. When you enter your credit card details they are sent to Stripe's server and stripe just tells us "Yep. That credit card seems legit". So your credit card details NEVER hit our server. We never see them and all processing is done by Stripe.
